Memorable evenings need very little decoration: a considered menu, a room with a view, a small table and the right conversation. What they do need is someone the house already knows.
Tables
The table that is not available online is usually available to someone. For an evening in Nice or Monaco, we speak to the people who run the room rather than to a booking page.
A private dinner
When you want the whole room, a terrace, or a boat for an evening, the work is choosing the setting and dealing with the house. We make the introduction and stay in the conversation for as long as it is useful.
What it costs you
Nothing for the introduction — the restaurant, hotel or venue pays the commission. What you then commission from them, you settle with them directly.
Who it is for
Hosts who want the evening remembered and not reported, and anyone arriving on the coast who would rather not negotiate it from a distance.
